Li Fu-chang accidentally got an old friend's contact information and learned that his old friend had suffered a stroke and was dying. He decided to ride a motorbike with his grandson to visit his old friend who lived thousands of miles away.

“Life is precarious but it is also a magnificent adventure, and everyone has to overcome their own existential “boundaries.” The story is helped by a dose of subtle, refined humor making the closing scene of the film particularly memorable.” - Maria Barbieri, Udine Far East Film Festival
